this is fantastic ! I have been listening for about a week every night and it is amazing!!!

I love all of Glenn Harrolds recordings, but this one is over-the-top amazing. Well worth the 5 bucks.

This app has changed my life. I have used it every night for the last 12 days. I have seen so much change in such a short timeframe. I use a few other apps from Glenn in the morning (Unleash Your Full Potential, Live Your Life to The Full and Meditation to Inner Wisdom), but this app has completely changed certain behaviors. After a few nighttime sessions with this app an ingrained laziness started to disappear; I still have a long way to go, but the change in my energy is noticeable. My thoughts are kind to myself and others. I dont compare myself to others and find myself lacking anymore. Im so happy to be me and now see just how great of a person I am. I put myself first now. I quit a job I hated and have gotten a new job in a field Ive always been passionate about. Im working towards my goals. With my newfound need to take care of and love myself, I find myself wanting to workout and eat better. Theres this itch to be so good to myself and when I am it effects every part of my life. Im very thankful to Glenn. I needed this change to take place. Im so excited to see what 21 days of usage will uncover. I plan on using every Solfeggio track. My next purchase will be 396 Hz. Very excited to try that one! Thanks so much Glenn. You are a blessing!

Absolutely love these meditations! So relaxing and peaceful. Each one brings a unique element. Nice job Glenn!

There are two meditations listed - one for awake and another for sleep- there is approximately 5 minutes difference between the two yet the imagery is exactly the same - so, yeah, its the same mediation listed twice - listening to the first one was cool but when I went to listen to the second and it was just like the first, well...what is the point of that.

I love all of Glenns solfeggio apps, but I found this one to be especially powerful. Perhaps I have a lot of emotional blocks to release. I welcome the positive affirmations and find myself repeating them in challenging situations. I listen to the Sleep Well app each night (I have chronic insomnia and anxiety and its the only thing that relaxes me enough to get some sleep). Overall, I have seen about 50% improvement in my sleep in the past month. I also listen to a solfeggio app every day so I can face the day with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Glenn Harrold products. The sound is high quality and his delivery is very smooth and compassionate.

This meditation / hypnosis app has already created deep transformation in me, leading to healthier actions every day. I plan to get all the apps and see where that will take me. I am quite amazed at the way these are affecting long-seated issues.

I have purchased all of Glenns apps. Previously, I purchased all of his CDs too. But, I use the apps on my iPhone now because they are very convenient. Its an easy way to help me relax. Thank you Glenn for your wonderful work!

Something long held was released on the first listening of this recording. Ive meditated for many years, but this music and Glenns calm direction helped move me beyond the point I was at.

Ive tried lots of guided hypnosis sessions and meditations. This series is the best, by far. I actually feel physical shifts and changes in my body while listening. Glenns words are powerful and fitting. He states everything in positive terms, which is very important in these types of recordings. The music is magical. I highly recommend this entire series!

Ive never been one to buy into this sort of thing, but Glenn is brilliant. So much positivity emanates after listening, its remarkable. The state of relaxation and complete peace of mind he lulls you to is so lovely. Not only completely worth the $5, but up there on my list of "best purchases for $5".

There needs to be a separate volume control for the vocals vs. the music. I can barely hear the music and there should be a way to adjust this. Fix that and would give it a 5 star rating for sure!

So the point of this app is the tones. Glenns voice is too loud for me to hear the tones. If I turn the volume up enough to really let the "tones wash over me" as instructed, the voice would be overwhelmingly loud. I have the volume up enough for his voice to be comfortable- on the verge of being uncomfortable, and at that level I can barely hear the tones. His voice is easy to listen to. I have used the app for 5 days.

This app is effective and works great (relaxing and good hypnosis results), but I wish they would put more focus on the actual solfeggio tone because you can hardly hear it. I would recommend some improvements. Basically, theres way too much going on. Instruments, chants, etc. In a perfect hypnosis session, less is more. Since the point is the solfeggio, all of the other things tend to get distracting. Still, the app is very well done and Ive already bought several versions even though my tolerance for the chanting disruption is slowly wearing thin. Also, it would be helpful to know what the actual chant is. It somewhat sounds like Om Mane Padme Hum, but there isnt a translation provided in the info section. If Im going to meditate on a chant, its important for me to know its origins and what it signifies.

I have two of the healing frequency apps that I alternate before bed. They both work so well I have very rarely ever made it to the end of the track. I frequently have problems falling asleep but these work like clockwork. Ill probably buy all of them.

I have all of the solfeggio apps, love each one. I fall asleep to them every night, and will often listen to the instrumental portions while working. I am in withdrawl with iOS8 causing the apps not to work :) I know Glenn is aware and the problem is being worked on. Once they get it all sorted, I highly recommend these apps. They are well worth the investment as are all his apps.
